The full-service ERIE agency offers all lines of insurance to their clients in Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia. Principal agent Chris Smartt has over 14 years of insurance experience and holds the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) professional designation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Shippensburg University and a master’s degree in business from Frostburg University.
